So I had to get my original hip replacement revisioned on Thursday. They had to take he metal out and replace it with ceramic. It was a preventive surgery, I had no problem at all except the rising metal level in my blood. I was actually training for the surgery like crazy.
It went well, according to the surgeon I will regain all my strength and mobility in time. AS of now it is not 100 only 20 percent weight bearing, so Im on crutches for 6 weeks. It's a challenge but I love challenges...
Looking forward to get nice triceps by the end of the 6 weeks!
Thank you for listening guys, just wanted to share.
Any good advice/tip for the crutch time?
