Video recommendation please - limited space and equipmentsH

Hello everyone. Would you recommend videos for me?

Limited space

Limited equipments (right now I do not have any, but i might buy dumbells or bands or somethig if I need to. ) I do have a couple of step stools... lol

Limited time (I love long exercises, but I always get interrupetd by my two year old, so if the video is long, ones that are broken down to chapters, or ones I can customize and make (i.e. 5 min. warm up, 10 minutes of legs, then cool down etc) will be great!

intermediate to advanced level

looking for exercises in all areas, but especially strength training.

I like no-nonsense sort of workouts, but I'd love to look into many options, so please suggest away.

I'm thinking about trying some of the 10 minute exericse series, they are usually too easy for me, but I have not tried many of them.

I'm looking for lots of recommendations.
Thank you.

Have you ever tried any of the Core Fusion DVD's? They are all broken down into 10 minute segments. They are more barre/yoga/pilates focused but they do have several cardio ones. They are good workouts that require only light and weights and a mat. I think they may have one or two that need a band. =)

I was going to say Core Fusion as well. I'm pretty sure Pilates Plus requires no equipment and is all body weight toning work.

You could also try some of Cassey's workouts from POP Pilates. They are surprisingly tough. They are also short, free and most of them require no equipment.

Thank you for your recommendation! I will check it out.
I did a preview on collagevideo. looks like the exercises are done in small space so these might work well for me!

Looking for more recommendations.

Here are some DVD's I like and I have limited space:

Kelly Coffey Meyer's Train Like a Contender-Boxing cardio workout (30 min)
Powerstrike 6-kickboxing-cardio-50 min but you could just stop when you want to
Ballet Body DVDs and/or downloads -you only need 2-3 lb weights for upper body-with the downloads you can fully customize the length of your workout

Angel-welcome back!

Gin Miller has a strength dvd called "Cramped Quarters" which was designed to be done in small spaces with little equipment:

I would recommend Jillian Michaels videos such as 30 day shred or No More Trouble Zones. Most are short and/or chaptered and I find they can be done in very small spaces.

I also really like Brazil Butt lift. It requires a bit more space but only the bands in the kit, yoga mat and a set of dumbells are needed.

30 day shred and bum bum are both under 30 minutes and very intense.

However, I really do not like doing Brazil Butt Lift in front of my son (6) as he talks too much about working on your boom boom, looking sexy etc. My son then asks me questions about why I think I need a new butt lol. Anyway I love the workouts so much that I overlook this but it is still annoying.
