This morning I did the neck relief yoga practice that Beth posted yesterday. I really liked it!

Cyana, we have been AAA members for decades and thankful to have their service when we need it.
I bet it was amusing to hear those owls carry on!

Pat, yes--Getting Better lower body isn't an easy workout!
That's interesting about your reaction during Kassandra's practice.

Pam, what audiobook are you listening to right now?

Hello mat mavens!
I’m having a lazy day today. I enjoyed a long video call with one of my dearest friends in Winnipeg. I’ve been puttering about & listening to an audio book. I must get moving & do a workout. I’m still struggling with getting my strength workouts in.

Paine - I recently finished a light British mystery audio book by MC Beaton & am on to a Robyn Carr chick lit.

Pat - Sending you (((hugs)).

Cyana - Very cool to hear the owl couple!

Back later to hopefully post workouts and I need to tweak my new class a bit more.

cyana, very glad AAA was available to you! How sweet that your "connection" was with your cat. Very cool about the owl! I'm not sure I've ever heard an owl in the wild, but I've been hearing mourning doves again in the past week, which I love.

Pam, I think that "lazy" days are more needed than ever in the pandemic.

Paine, glad you liked that neck practice. Kate is kind of goofy like me.

Pat, I'm trying to recall whether I've tried that practice with Kassandra...can't remember but added to my list. I know I did one from Yoga with Tim called "Yoga for Your Nerves" that I really liked...although I've never had that deep release experience.

My week is below; finally did some tougher strength work today. I did reach Sadhana Day 60 on Tuesday, but I've also done yoga every day since then. So now I'm trying not to count because I don't want to end on an odd day, haha.

Good morning everyone! We went to the gym yesterday and I squeezed in 15 minutes recumbent and managed a few weight machines before DH had had enough. At least I hit the majors. Afterward we walked around Costco for a while.

I've got to find a blog or some ideas for being able to take advantage of the huge quantities of produce. Apples we will plow through in two weeks, no problem. I bought a giant bunch of asparagus, figuring I can roast that with bell pepper strips and have leftovers. DH also wanted a pack of plum tomatoes that look really good, those are always good for pasta. If the 32 oz. bags of baby carrots weren't sold in pairs only, I would make a carrot ginger slow cooker soup out of one bag.

Beth, good week for you. I plan to try your chair yoga at the office soon.

Oh groan, Moan Day is upon us and I'm buried already. My dingbat is back working half days for a while, which is totally to be expected. I would have appreciated a simple two syllable "thank you," but that's how she rolls. Which is why I had some unkind thoughts about covering. Oh well! I'm used to it by now.

Sorry to be grumpy! Have a great day!

Aww, Pat, I think we're seriously all a bit grumpy! I was extremely grumpy with co-workers on Friday.

Did March go out like a lion last year? Let's hope for a bit more tranquility this time around...

...oh, I have some good news: I got a vaccine appointment! I did one of my random checks yesterday and noticed that there were briefly appointments available. At first I was too late and couldn't select a time, but I kept hitting refresh and finally made it. I go later this month on 3/28 (yes, a Sunday).
