Well, with all the panic about the Coronavirus, I felt the need to pull out a REALLY OLD feel-good VHS tape, Donna Richardson's Donna-Mite. I got a surprisingly good workout with great Motown tunes. If you still have this fossil laying around, I recommend dusting it off and giving it a whirl!

Thanks for the reminder! I transferred mine to dvd-r years ago.

I did a dance workout with great music this morning. I need a mood lifter.

I should do yoga, but my brain is too wound up for it.

I used to love this workout and am so sad that I don’t have it or a VHS player! Donna was over the top but in a fun, energetic way.

Yes, I could only find her 3 Day Rotation workout and one other (Thin Thighs?) but not Donna-mite.

I am pretty sure I had this back in the day. One if my 1st videos. I remember good music but the rest isn't memorable. I think my SIL had it and gave it to me.

When I was a VF newbie, Donna-Mite was always suggested to me as being a good one for those who were choreo-challenged.

Loved Donna and the workout, but her cueing was not that great and I gave up trying to learn it. I traded it ASAP.

I found her 3DR DVD in a thrift store years ago. I think I did it once. I have her Body Gospel and that's a great set to have.
