I debated on ordering this and I am glad that I didn't. The workouts look good and Cathe just gets better and better but most of her stuff just isn't for me anymore. I need to stick with what I have of hers and like, though if she comes out with an ICE 2 I will be all over that. There is still a lot of impact which just isn't my jam, yes you can modify but eh.

I’m glad that the cardio is short; it’ll be over before I can start moaning about the jumping. Cathe is part bunny and she loves to jump. These look good to me.

I hate all of the cardio, but then I assumed I would before I even ordered it

I like the look of the weights (minus the gliding, ugh), especially the upper body stuff where she's using the loop band.

After really liking the Strong and Sweaty set (minus the cardio workout), I'm a little disappointed, but not enough to cancel.

Not a fan of gliding either. I just don't have the right floor and where it might work is far away from the tv.

I like the looks of the cardio in this video. I don't do tuck jumps anymore, but that's easy to sub. Not sure how easy the gliding will be to sub. I don't know whether to cancel or not. I also don't have a ball but I think I can use a high step. Decisions, decisions.
