Resistance band (about resistance..... )
Hello everyone.
 I am looking for equipments that helps with strength training. Dumbells can get little too expensive and takes up space, so I am thinking about resistance bands. I'm looking to purchase resistance bands that offers about equivalent of: 5 - 8 lbs 10-12 lbs ish 15- 20 lb ish More if I can find more. like bands. Where can I find bands that offers equivalent of about 10-12 lbs dumbbells and 15-20 lb dumbbells? Thanks so much everyone.

You can try Bodylastics or Rubberbanditz. They have lots of info about their bands. Bodylastics may have link to free full length videos (forgot the site), Rubberbanditz also has some videos/other useful info. I bought Bodylastics from Amazon and Rubberbanditz from their site. My experience buying from these sellers have been good. There are also other brands available at Amazon at cheaper price. Good luck finding them.
