I'm a huge Queen fan, and have used this cd while on the treadmill. The first song starts out more slowly, so it would work for a warmup:

Just a thought, depending on what kind of music you like, trance and house music is usually 120-160 BPM and there are tons of live or studio DJ sets online for free. I found them really good for running.
Judge Jules has a live 2-hour radio show on BBC Radio 1 that comes out once a week that contains house and trance music: http://alldj.org/index.php?name=News&new_topic=57 Armin van Buuren is a very well-known trance DJ who also has a weekly radio show: http://alldj.org/index.php?name=News&new_topic=8 As does Markus Schulz: http://alldj.org/index.php?name=News&new_topic=65

I like listening to some positive lyrics while I run, but I did find some trance to get started that has bpm number to go witht hem. I will keep looking for some more for variety.

I recommend FREE downloads from www.podrunner.com (I've been using them for about 2 years for speed walking) and www.motiontraxx.com (I just started using them).
Podrunner (also under www.djsteveboy.com , metioned by beyond.omega) has a large variety of mixes at both steady-state bpm and mixed bpm (like 'staircase' mixes that increase, then decrease in bpm, or 'ramp' mixes that just increase, or "podrunner intervals' mixes, made to train for 5k, 8k or 10k distances. The Motiontraxx mixes aren't all labeled for bpm, but some are. There are steady state, increasing bpm and interval mixes. HTH!
