I only had 2 rest days in March?! I vow to sleep in more this month. haha we'll see how that goes
1. The Toning Transformation - Total Body Tone + Sweat and Strengthen -- just done alone, they may not work you out much, but I got a good sweat going back to back. S&S: one minute cardio, and 2 strength exercises w/reps in the 20-40 range 2. BellyFit Elements - Water - just the standing part, 40 minutes. first time doing this particular workout, it wasn't fun but neither did I hate it 3. Drop Set Strength - legs, back + 10 minute Leslie lower body 4. 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk - miles 1,2, and 4 plus cool down. I felt lazy today. 5. slept in, then had a lazy day 6. 2x4 Upper & Lower Body - part of Paul Katami's 4x4 set, which I recently purchased from ebay. It was short and not too intense, but good enough to feel the muscles working. But I realized I didn't have much energy left to do the second workout, Cardio & Core. I only did the warmup before realizing that I probably shouldn't continue. I did have enough energy for a quick 10 minute Leslie walk. 7. JS Interval Mix + 10 minutes Cardio Party - used the bosu for the plank work on interval mix to work the abs 8. Body Shop workout 2, JS 10:30 min walk; 30 minute outdoor walk : Dear VF diary, is it wrong that I smiled when I saw that AMD got sore from her walk? She is human after all! I think there's been speculation and debate for some time and so I consider this hard evidence of her humanity. On another note, I get frustrated when my "edit" button for this post is gone. What the heck?! Oh, it's Cher's post I'm trying to edit. 9. KCM Cardio + Build & Burn Kickboxing - the Cardio is from the Cardio Pump dvd and I added on the kickboxing only premix from B&B. I'd forgotten that I liked this. I think I'll get re-acquainted with the B&B workouts. 10. KCM Build & Burn - lower/kb premix - why don't I do these workouts more? I think because I didn't like the outfits and that the workouts are short, but I can always add on to them. After doing the premix, I went back to the lower body workout to do the bridge chapter and the cool down. 11. nothing, just a short walk around the neighborhood. it's weird having to walk on the street when someone's approaching, or for them to take the street. 12. Build & Burn Trim & Tone Intervals, Gina B. MJ Mix KCM's workout was ok. I guess I just wasn't feeling it. Build & Burn Upper Body Supersets, 10 minute Leslie - i hate when I feel like a wimp like I did this morning. I used 8s for the first shoulder exercise, and it felt so easy, so for the second exercise I kept this weight and could barely finish the 8th rep. I dropped to 5s for that exercise. Then for biceps I grabbed 10s even though I can use 15s for most biceps exercises, but nope, even 10s felt challenging but I kept them. 14. 2 mile Leslie - it's all I could do. I'm having some terrible female issues, going to talk to my gyn tomorrow morning. This happened once in late 2017 and I'm sure it was due to a stressful situation then as it is now. Stupid body. 15. TA Beginner Mat, Jazzercise Burlesque - feeling better this morning, I guess just the mere threat of a doctor appointment, even if by phone, got my body to shape up. haha TA chair sequence + Burlesque 20 minute premix. doc says she's not too worried since I'd had a biopsy 2.5 years ago, but would like for me to have another once SIP is lifted. prescribed some meds to stop what's happening 16. Slept in, couldn't drag myself out of bed. Late morning I went out to hack away at weeds for a little over 30 minutes, and my body didn't like the vigorous activity. It's almost as bad as it was the other day. 17. Prevention Total Body Blast, Leslie mile - TBB is part of Sadie Lincoln's Love Your Lower Body set and it was just about half hour. Later I did 2 Leslie walks from YouTube, one of which was led by Nadyia. 18.. no workout, just yanking weeds for a few minutes, I didn't want to overdo it 19. Skinny Sculpt, Leslie - I'd forgotten how much I like Ellen. I did her workouts a lot last summer but hadn't touched them since. I'm going to start again since they're not too strenuous. 20. I slept in again. oh my god, be careful what you wish for. At the top of this post I said I'd sleep in, but I wanted it to be by choice, not because I'm so tired. Stupid body. Anyway, I went out to yank weeds in the front yard which took forever for just one spot. I'll finish up tomorrow. AMD - don't you hate when you can't not keep looking at the people with poor form? haha your post made me laugh 21. Crunch Burn & Firm Pilates, Burlesque - only the standing part of the B&F workout. I remember that I liked this, but when I was doing it, I couldn't figure out why. Burlesque 10 minute abs & booty, which was actually under 9 minutes, I felt ripped off. haha I added my favorite chapter to make up for it. I also yanked at more weeds in the front. I'm not done yet. I don't know why we let it get so bad. Now I wonder what you're all thinking it looks like. The weeds aren't tall, nor is my whole yard one giant covering of weeds, they're mostly in cracks and at certain parts of the yard, but they're stubborn. 22. Fat Burning Fusion - I guess I'll be seeing more of Ellen this week. This has a lot of interesting moves and twists. I'll keep an eye on how my back feels, I don't remember having problems in the past, but the body can be fickle. 23. Slim Sculpt - I think I like this more than Skinny Sculpt. night: bent over to flush the toilet and this awful, painful feeling of an electric shock hit my mid spine, then tightness came to the low back. I straightened out but was afraid to move. I took some ibuprofen and iced it. I feel like I jinxed myself. 24. April 2020, you can go to hell. This month I've had several days of visual auras, weird feelings in my arms which went away quickly, anxiety, and gyn issues. Now my lower back is stiff, which I don't expect will go away any time soon, my left foot hurts for some reason, and I burned my finger. Other than that, I'm dandy! I'm trying to keep a positive attitude, but I can't wait for this month to be over. 25. nothing, I'm not about to make things worse. 26. nope, not even tempted. ok, I'm tempted but I won't give in. 27. 28. 29. 30. |

Anyway I had a lot of neck and shoulder tension, I had to do a stretch. I found this one on YT and really liked it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9LnAebTl8U&t=1094s April 16 - Newbody with Coach MO YT (love it!) + Hasfit 30 minutes Standing Abs and Low Impact Cardio + Classical Stretch Season 8 Ep 820 Posture April 17 - Not enough sleep and too much pollen - Slim Series Cardio Core - Debbie's cuing is terrible in this one, she cues right when she starts the move. So I always miss at least one rep on the starting side of every new move. Only thing worse is not cuing at all. >:[ Good core workout though. April 18 - Another low energy day, wish I could shake it off. Doesn't help that I workout in the afternoon after lunch when one gets drowsy but have to work around my kiddo's schedule so what can you do. 60 minutes of cardio + weights, various workouts off YT, none of them memorable. I did buy Jenny Ford's Freedom Fit Vol 1 so I will try to get in a step workout tomorrow. April 19 - Yay finally got a step workout in. Jenny Ford Aspen Trail - I LOVED combos 1 and 2, 3 was okay, I wasn't a fan of the turn step but this sequence is fun, I'll be doing it again. Also a new yoga channel that I found called Yogini Melbourne (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUK...mjn2W2tJRJWeew) - I like yoga with calm and soothing voices and hers is fantastic. I did a hip-opener sequence and a shoulder sequence - felt so good and stretched out. April 20 - No workout, had a 2 hour webinar in the afternoon. April 21 - Another 2 hour webinar (part 2 really) but managed to fit in 20 mins - 10 mins Andrea Orbeck Circuit and Tracy Anderson Express Arms April 22 - 60 mins YT dance toning - super fun and the time flew by. It wasn't an intense workout but I just felt so GOOD afterwards for a long time. It was some kind of awesome afterglow. I hope I can replicate that again sometime! I started to do Firm Power Half Hour with Emily after the hour but Emily is not a good cuer and sounds so rushed in this and also the express workouts, I quit 5 minutes in. I only like her in CAWT I think. April 23 - 20 mins Hasfit HIIT - a lot of up and downing for me in this one. Jenny Ford Basic with 3 combos - my HR was through the roof! I think she labels by step complexity rather than exertion. I enjoyed it, fun one! 20 minutes of stretching. April 24 - 20 minutes PiYo, 1 hour vinyasa flow from Floating Yoga SChool - must revisit this one soon, it's awesome! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZRvdbG54H4 April 25 - Rest day cancelled, did a 20 minute low impact workout because I was restless April 26 - National Pretzel Day - Barlates Outer Thigh Blitz and Barlates Inner Thigh Blitz Outer thigh blitz has Pretzel Raises and Pretzel Push backs so there's my Pretzels for National Pretzel Day April 27 - NewBody with Coach Mo + BodyProject 30 minutes + random YT kickboxing April 28 - 20 minute low impact Fit by Larie (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7APgRMbzF2M&t=1125s - it was not bad, would do it again if there weren't so many options!) + Kimberly Spreen Triple Threat Medicine Ball workout - subbed a Yamuna ball for it and it was plenty tough. Kimberly is one of my favorite instructors. April 29 - Hasfit 35 Min Low Impact Cardio Workout + Bodyfit by Amy Upper Body Blast April 30 - Rest day, giving my left knee a break, it's been complaining. I DID get my polar heart rate monitor working again, haven't used it in a long time. Had to replace the battery by watching youtube vids and it works now - what did people do before youtube!
