This is encouraging, I'm an apple so my legs aren't the issue, but you can never beat lean legs. This week has been a wash w workouts, but I will try this weekend. I'm definitely going to need a fun playlist for tonique premier. My big fear was burn out, but I guess I could rotate w Debbie Siebers for non stop leg work lol.
