Buzzer, when you do TJ on the rebounder, do you modify the moves at all or do you just do it like you do it on the floor?
I'm asking because I'm still trying to learn HOW to do any workout on the rebounder, and I never can seem to get it to work smoothly. Either I can't move as fast, or I'm zigging when everyone is zagging, or I'm out of step.
Is there a secret?
