rebounding and cellulite

Is it just me or there is a serious reduction on cellulite using the rebounder? My legs has barely any, as I just noticed this morning. I didn't really change anything else, my training is the same. Anybody else?

I haven't used my rebounder consistently enough to give you any input, but I think I will start a little study of my own starting today and report back... how long have you been rebounding now that you've noticed? I want that result! At least a reduction even would be good!!

Wow, if that's true, I totally have an excuse to get one at last. I've been eying the Urban Rebounding series as well as the Anna Benson G-Force workouts FOREVER.

Those of you who already have a rebounder, what workouts do you use with it?

EVERYTHING. Insanity, Peak 10 cardio, TJ, any kickboxing... I've even done the Firm cardios. If it's cardio, I can modify it to my rebounder

Buzzer, when you do TJ on the rebounder, do you modify the moves at all or do you just do it like you do it on the floor?

I'm asking because I'm still trying to learn HOW to do any workout on the rebounder, and I never can seem to get it to work smoothly. Either I can't move as fast, or I'm zigging when everyone is zagging, or I'm out of step.

Is there a secret?

i do jillians 30 day shred on mine...the cardio moves like the jumping jacks, jump rope, high knees, but kicks etc and that godawful jump fest at the end of level 3 !!!

I remember reading about that, also that it helps the lymph system or something, but thought it sounded a little questionable -- even though it wasn't on the UR page

Now if I could just remember where it was . . .

Yes, I was reading about it today, apparently the improved lymphatic system is the answer.
Just Google "rebounder and cellulite".
