The ab results I desire are strong, flat abs. I also like waist definition. What's worked for me are
Planks - especially static forearm planks, and plank push ups Classical Stretch/Essentrics - both standing and floor work Yoga - standing balance poses like Warrior 3 and Eagle, and seated poses like Navasana (boat) Kickboxing - Cathe or Taebo Calorie Control |
