Cathe Friedrich's LITE PHA 2

Anyone like this one? I am not a Cathe person, but it looks interesting. Is it a stand alone workout or part of a series?

I just saw a review thread, I'll check that out!

But I'll still take opinions here!

LOVE IT!!!! So much less dread than PHA 1. Lots of premixes and you can change up the exercise she shows to one that suits you if you need modifications. It's a good one and you can go heavy or light on it.

If I were recommending a new-to-Cathe DVD, I would suggest probably this or ICE Total Body Metabolic Conditioning. I love Cathe's weight training videos, but if you are new to heavier training or new to splits, you might find these total body ones easier to tackle and learn her style. These two are both metabolic in nature, so you can get breathless.... which is a good thing!

Love Lite PHA 2! It's part of Cathe's Lite series, which I love - lots of shorter premixes, perfect for me!

She also has a couple of PHA workouts on her Cathe Live streaming, so if you like the format, you could buy those as well.
