Well, when I first started my fitness journey, I did the Firm Volume 1 over and over and over again -- five times a week I think -- until they came out with Volume 2!
I used to do Cathe's monthly rotations all the time and I did a round of STS. I've done other programs, but nothing all that memorable, I guess!
I'm pretty much in the middle of the 90 days of P90X and I find myself thinking about other workouts. I've really enjoyed P90X and had good results, and for a while thought I could see myself sticking with it for a long time, but....... now I'm not so sure.
Bubbles, good work on crow! I had a time when I finally got it, but I've tried it again recently and it's not happening, but I may work on it because it's a great feeling to get that one!!!
