Well, I've not done any big program rotations. I have worked straight through all the Powerfit Harmony workouts, lol.

I'm still awesome, though.

We are ALL AWESOME!!! It doesn't matter how many programs we've completed!

But getting back to the theme, I've done a 90 day CLX rotation, 30 days of Brazil Butt Lift, 60 days of Circuit Burn, and 30 days of Taebo. I have exercise ADD so it is really hard for me to stick with something for a rotation. I just love variety in my workouts!

I completed several Cathe rotations, most notably STS .

Also completed XTFMax Circuit Burnout 90 rotation with Monique St. Pierre. Think I turned it more into a 30 day rotation though tee hee! But it's done, was fun, and I'm still awesome!

Oh, and I successfully accomplished side crow pose

I have exercise ADD so I have never completed a rotation. I almost completed the George Foreman - 28 Day Walk it Off with George rotation in 2012, made it to Day 25 IIRC but then had to prepare for Hurricane Isaac so I didn't finish the last couple of days. During the storm (it ended up just being rain here), I caught my big toe under the door letting one of our dogs out to do her business and pulled my toenail up. I couldn't wear closed toe shoes or put any pressure on that toe for a few weeks so that ended that rotation.

I'm still AWESOME though!

Rotations are my thing so it would take too long to list lol
Off the top of my head:

P90X
P90X2
P90X3
STS
Body Beast
Hammer&Chisel
Edge Booty Extreme
Rushfit--GSP
Rip 60 Suspension Training set
Supreme 90 Day workout
Weider X-Factor
Cardio Karate lol
Blood Type Workouts
Urban Rebounding Xtreme
3 Week Yoga Retreat
UY
Firm Systems (BBS1,2,3,Transformer, Express, Ball etc)
Athlean X
BBX Hardcore

Some of these systems I have repeated numerous times (esp the 1st eight sets listed) and others I never used again or mb just pulled out specific workouts.

ETA: I always get the best results with rotations vs meandering but I do both

I have never completed (or started) a rotation and most likely never will.

I look at ones people post and look at Cathe's rotations every month but I don't ever have the desire to do one. Seems like too much of a commitment and I already have enough of those.....

Editing to say kudos to all of you that have the determination and dedication to complete rotations. I didn't mean to be snarky about anyone's accomplishments.

Yes, totally agree about those who complete multiple rotations. That's awesome. I ALMOST did Cathe STS and P90X2 as complete rotations but by the last sections, I was burned out and only did those last few workouts once instead of the multiple times as prescribed in the rotation. But for me, that's a completion.

I have too many workouts and too much desire to do different things to stick to a rotation.

I completed Ballet Body Periodization System 1 several times, really struggled through the last time though.
