Travis new Flexibility and Beyond

On Travis Eliot's youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naf6NQe9g7Q&t=138s) he announced a new program available May 8.
It is an 8 week Yin yoga program. I do not know anything else about it. It is called Flexibility and Beyond. I signed up for updates so will report back with info.

Sounds interesting to me but I like Yin yoga. His story about healing with Yin is interesting.

Thanks for sharing :-) I like his yin yoga workouts on YouTube. I was disappointed that his new program isn’t going to be available on dvd. I’m still going to be interested in hearing your updates though.

So if it's on YouTube does that mean it's free?

This is his other 30 min yin practice that is free on YouTube. The hour long one makes me fidgety.

Here is some info from his facebook page;

Here is a sneak peak at the BRAND NEW practices from “Flexibility and Beyond,” an 8 week yin yoga program!

1) Yin “Foundations” (45min.)
2) Yin “Hips” (60min.)
3) Yin “Spine” (60min.)
4) Yin “Bliss” (60min.)
5) Yin “Ultimate” (60min.)
6) Yin “Fountain of Youth” (60min.)
7) Yin “Splits” (60min.)
8 ) Yin “Upper Body” (60min.)
9) Yin “Master” (90min.)
10) Yin “Short and Sweet” (30min.) *Bonus Class

These yin yoga practices are high quality, cinematic, with powerful thematic sequences and stunning original music by Ryan Richko!
Available to purchase and download 5.8.19.

So they are long 60m plus and downloadable. I expected longer practices because is it yin yoga. I wonder what "Splits" is?

I would guess that's a hamstring practice leading into the splits (hanumanasana).

Thanks for the info! I am sure I would love these, but I just don't do hour-long yoga media much at all anymore. (ETA: I signed up for updates anyway, lol.)
