Could any of you who are doing one of these rotations please post your feelings or results or whatever when you are done (or even during). I have a couple of the dvds but not all of them and was wondering if I should get the ones I don't have and try it out.

Cher ~ I just started the 28 Day Plan yesterday. I printed out a blank calendar page and am tracking exactly what I do. I know I probably won't get in every single day, but I still want to see how effect this is even if I get in most of it.
I'll be sure to post my finding, but it won't be for 4 weeks. Hopefully someone who has been using Suzanne's workouts for a while will jump in and help answer your question. I just feel like she has given some since of order to all these workouts for me. And now I can use them all at one time without guessing. ETA: My back side is pleasantly sore this morning from yesterday's workout. I think I'm at a point in life that having one area of my body sore is just fine, but the all over, barely can move soreness not so much. So I'm good with how I feel today.
