Hehe... I'm pretty sure I'm going to cave but it may not be this evening even if it means missing out on this discount. I want to review the information on his website in more detail. However, if I purchase it, it will be before Jan 1 for sure. I like the idea of having downloads.

This sounds great. I like a 60 min practice, do you think I can combine to make a 60 min flow, like a matrix mix?
Blessings Denise

Just through a browser -- click on the link. No purple player, etc. required.
I can't quite figure out the downloads. When I click on one of the download links, it just brings it up in a downloaded window for me, so technically it's downloaded, but it's not saving a copy for me. I'll figure it out, I'm sure. The first practice froze twenty minutes in for me when I was streaming, so actual downloads would be nice. |

I'm not going to start the program properly until Jan. 1, too much going on now to commit, but I had to try it. Our grandson is sleeping in my workout room so I rolled out a mat by the tree and did Flow & Stretch (day 11) on my laptop. It was just lovely. Travis is the same as always, and it felt like a whole full-length practice in 32 minutes. The flow was good but normal, then we went to the mat for stretching, and there were some new variations in that part. It felt lovely, and really stretched the inner thighs where I'm just not flexible at all.
