If I like Get Ripped 1000

which other Jari would I like? Is there something in the shorter "Extremely" workouts that I might like? I keep looking at the video clips and everything looks similar so I get confused with them. TIA

Have you looked at the clips for Extremely Ripped & Chiseled? I like that one a lot. It doesn't have a lot of cardio like GR1000, but it's my favorite on the GXR side.

Ripped to the Core is not shorter, but it has a moderate cardio pace going on all the way through it while you're lifting the weights. You can do it all out or follow the modifier.

Diana, are you wanting something that alternates weights and cardio intervals? Get extremely ripped 1000 is similar format but has longer cardio intervals than the one you have, but still a great workout. She does 3 different levels for each cardio section so you pick what's right for you. Her Bootcamp dvd also alternates cardio with weight sections, but i find the cardio more draining as she doesn't really give different levels of intensity so it's hardcore for a full 3 minutes each time. The Get ext ripped hardcore 1000 again alternates weights and cardio, and in this one she does intensity levels 1,2 and 3 which i find more tolerable - but the cardio is 5 minutes each time. They all have different pre-mixes too so you can do shorter workouts if you like.
Hope that helps,
Jamie

Ha Ha The cardio may be the reason that I like Get Ripped 1000.

I didn't realize about the premixes. Yes, I need weights and cardio since I hate weights so much and I am a cardio person. I will look at these again.

At least, with the recommendations, it narrows it down some for me.
