I don't want to mislead anyone here....I also am following this loosely as I don't even cook, am vegetarian and basically eat the same thing every day....so for me ....it was basically just a couple days of figuring and measuring and now I just leave the few containers out that I use.....if I want to cheat, ill usually sub it for a container....except Sun has been my regular cheat day where I illow myself waffles....but I actually got nauseated after eating them last week. I am by no means a perfect dieter....but I have cut my food intake quite a bit. I plan on keeping this up until I loose 50 pounds...with the strength of God...as I surely can't do it alone. Substitute higher power if I shouldn't have said the G word. Hmmm looking back, this isn't the thread I initially posted on......there must be another one.......I lost about 7 pounds my first 3 weeks but I wasn't doing the workouts the entire time....only one week and then I got sick with a horrid ^8 flu and only did kundalini.
