Taking The Firm Express @ all workouts down a notch

I did Cycle 1 Firm Express cardio& cardio/sculpt and for the first time made the moves less intense but I felt like I had a good workout. I did less jumpy moves and less poundage. Even though these workouts are short they still can fit the bill with overall less intensity. I have been doing this with all my workouts and liking it even more than I thought I would.

I always modify these workouts down, even if only a little. Works for me!

If you enjoy the FE workouts with less intensity, you would like Allie's new workouts: Time Crunch Cardio. I did Cardio + Sculpt combo from that DVD today and it was IMO, what the FE should have been.

Hiya Artist!
I've seen you recommend this one more than once...
off I went to check it out...
can you point me to this workout as I seem to be lost on finding this one by Allie?
I would love a 'FE light' workout...thanks!

The Firm direct is the only one carrying this now.

Yes, I agree, I love Allie's Time Crunch, much more than the Express set !!!
I have to modify those alot, but Time Crunch shows the best modifications
and I still feel like I'm working out and keeping up "with the girls !". I
hate and really can't do burpees but I can with the modification they show
on Time Crunch and that makes me feel really good that I can do what they
are doing, even if I stay with the modifier.

Agreed!

I think FE would have been best if they showed 3 levels of intensity and used Time Crunch Cardio as the beginner and intermediate levels. The intensity (impact version) from FE should have been the advanced option. After seeing TCC and being frustrated with FE (hurts my knees even with the impact removed), I hope they either do a FE2 or make more of the TCC style workouts.
