I like Jennifer. I like flowing yoga grooves. I'm going to keep an eye out for the DVD when it's released.

Well it will be interesting to see how this turns out...definitely my kind of yoga. But I agree - this is NOT a new concept; it is simply a new name for something others have done, and have done well, before her.

If this interests anyone, then I encourage you to check out Winalee Zeeb's Yoga@Play DVD. It is a flowing dance kind of yoga. But Winalee also sings and plays full songs on the DVD that you can sing along to...beautiful songs! And she has a beautiful voice! She is a sought after Nia instructor who won their instructor of the year award for 2010.

So check out Winalee: www.winaleezeeb.com and we'll see how Jennifer's version turns out...

I think Jennifer is great, so she can do whatever she wants in my eyes.

Yeah, that station didn't do a whole lot of research before calling it a "new exercise concept". (2000 years of dancing and yoga...brought together for the VERY FIRST TIME!! )

Still, it's another option for people who don't care for high-impact cardio.

I think this sounds really interesting. It seems the commericial only showed a bit of it and maybe not the dancing/flowy parts. I'm looking forward to it.

I have seen everything in that clip dozens of times so do not know how it is a new concept
If it has great music and more dance and flow than yoga, I may try it but doubt it will beat anything I already have. Looks like more yoga than dance to me from the clip, plus too much floor for my tastes cuz rather keep moving on my feet.

Are there any clips somewhere? I poked around her site, it's looks interesting. But I'd love to see a sample.
