Flowetry by Jennifer Galardi

http://www.wthr.com/story/14869588/f...rhythm-to-yoga

According to the article, the DVD will be shot in 2 weeks and released in September.

As portmanteau words go, I like Flowetry better than Yogilates, Piloxing or Pi-Yo!

Me too, except when I first saw it, I tried to make it "Flower-try".

Hmm, I don't like that title.
As hard as I've tried to like Jen's workouts - and I've tried them all - I've gotten rid of every single one. But it's okay; my wallet's always thrilled when I can cross an instructor off my list.

She hasn't come up with anything new here...this is just yoga fusion. Giving it a new name doesn't mean she developed something new.

Me too. It's a shame.
(But cost effective)

I love her Ballet Body and Sweating Sexy! I have had her other workouts-but they are too hip-hop-ish for my tastes. This looks interesting to me. I do like her a lot and I like her teaching style. This sounds interesting to me. Of course-I need to see a clip soon to be sure!
Thanks for sharing this info, Sue B !

I've had the same reaction to Jenn Galardi's workouts -- I want to like them, I think I'll like them, then.... I don't like them. Still she seems like a lovely person who would be fun to have a beer with, I just don't enjoy her workout DVDs.

I like Ballet Body, and I have one of her Ex. TV yogas that I also like. This looks promising. Thanks for posting.
