I'm convinced that I don't have any lines around my eyes at 48 yrs old due to using an eye cream for at least 25 yrs. I used Estee Lauder's Time Zone Eyes for 2 decades and then they discontinued it! I had to search a while to find a good replacement that doesn't 'travel'. My new favorite is La Prairie's Cellular Contour Eye Cream, but it's so pricey, I don't get to use it all the time. But, Jason's Naturals Red Elements Lifting Eye Cream is good and so reasonably priced. I also like JN's Ester-C Ultra-C Eye Lift when I want an extra boost. It works!

I honestly think that genes have a lot more to do with whether or not we get wrinkles early or late in life. Certainly, taking good care of your skin and staying out of the sun gives you an edge, but often, it really seems like if you look at someone who has skin that looks firm and unlined for her age, her mom or dad (or both) look great for their ages, too.

Eyelash Curler

Can anyone recommend a good eyelash curler? I always used a regular curler, but they don't seem to work anymore. I bought a cheap little heated curler, but that doesn't work either. My lashes have gone stick straight as I've gotten older.

I don't even care how much I have to pay. I need to find something to put a little curl into them!

Thanks

What's wrong with straight eye lashes. Why not just put some mascara on them and look great? They said on the Christmas Story *you'll poke your eye out* with that thing. lol

I just bought the new Smashbox Ultimate Beauty Collection, and I think it was an incredible bargain at only 59.99. I bought it directly from Smashbox.com, but it's the same holiday Rapture kit that's sold out at Ulta -- the box I received even says it's an Ulta Exclusive.

Happy and Healthy New Year to All VFers!!!
