Cathe Live Recommendations - total body heavy weights and kickboxing

Sorry for a separate thread. I’m looking for some total body heavy weight workouts and fun kickboxing workouts. I bought the PHA ones already. Any recommendations? Thanks!!

I would suggest Total Body Giant Sets 3 and Push Pull Total Body. Those are two of my favorite weight workouts.

Kickboxing classes that were fun for me:

High Energy Kickboxing #75
Warrior Kickboxing #148

A lot of the k/b classes are paired with barre, so I don't do a whole lot of them, but these two I enjoyed.

Weight w/o's:

You can't go wrong with the PHA's or the Total Body Giant Sets. TBGS#3 is a favorite, like Kathy mentioned. You don't go very heavy with these classes - Cathe's heaviest is 15#'s, but sometimes you can slow down the pace and use heavier. Vertical Loading#124 is a 'different' class, working your body from top to bottom...check it out to see if it's something you'd like!

Cathe Live has A LOT of total body workouts but these aren't all necessarily heavier weights that are used. Some may contain some cardio so not sure you're wanting those too? I noted where there is cardio included but certainly might have missed some. (I didn't list any of the ones with Boot Camp in the title either. Let me know if you want those too). I haven't tried all of these that I listed, but this will give you an idea. HTH!
