in paris-I've missed your posts-glad to see you back!

I can't and shouldn't spend the money on these. I will just keep reading everyone's reviews. I have a ton of yoga already.

Can anyone describe the music for this music geek? Thanks!

Sherry

I can't believe I am writing this but I am interested. I need to cross train with all the Essentrics classes I am teaching. Is this system more suitable for a upper beginner/intermediate yoga practice? I like the length of the workouts.

Jackie, I think you'd be just fine. Travis does say in the intro video the system is not for beginners but I believe he means absolute beginners who haven't ever done yoga. They just pack so much into the 30-minute classes that they aren't explaining what 'down dog' is and other elements you'd expect to find in a beginner's class.
