Off-Topic Does anyone use a sit-stand desk?

I purchased this one quite a while back and while I really like being able to stand, I can't do it all day. I am a medical transcriptionist and the foot pedal causes some fatigue, so I do have to switch back and forth. If you can stand all day and keep it in the same position, this would probably be just fine, but it is an absolute pain in the behind to adjust and when I want to sit, I have to just set the pieces to the side. It takes too long to adjust for me, so I just move it.

I was considering this one but read reviews that it was a pain to adjust. Now that I figured out how to do the sit/stand thing without an adjustable monitor stand it doesn't make much sense to purchase this. I do however like the look of the adjustable keyboard tray.
