Where can I find the surprise workouts? I've heard them mentioned before but I don't see them on his website or on YouTube.

DeepSeaSue, the Surprise Workout is the workout on Hamelin's website that starts as soon as you click on the big flower and hear the music on his website. It starts automatically. I did that workout yesterday, and I'm surprised how sore my biceps are!
