Yoga Foundations Tutorial Question

I bought Yoga Foundations on Amazon and the tutorial only has one exercise. I think it's downward dog...it's been a week so I don't remember.

I assume that the tutorial would have more than just one exercise on it. Can someone please confirm that this is the case. I saw a few other people complain about the same issue.

Thanks!

That's all mine had in the tutorial, too. I did come with a liitle book, that seemed to explain more poses, but, of course, I lost it!

Same here, just one exercise on the tutorial, I thought it was a joke! Mine came with a little booklet inside the dvd as well.

I got my copy from Mary in Sept 2013. Tutorial is 3min 25sec and covers down dog and near the end briefly covers transitioning into cobra or chaturanga and up dog from down dog. Also came with a little square booklet.

Thanks so much! I thought that I got a bad copy. I wonder why the tutorial is so short. Why bother??? I did do the first workout and it was excellent! That was the first time I did a yoga workout and felt a mind/body connection.

This is such a great yoga practice. I hope no one is deterred from trying it due to the lack of a long tutorial or pose guide. You don't really need it. Travis gives wonderful instructions during the practice itself that allows you to work at your own level and build from there. He's the kind of instructor that allows you to focus on the movement and how your body is feeling. I rarely have to even look at the screen (although the production is so nicely done that I want to).

This. I have very little yoga experience, but this dvd is great because of Travis's wonderful instructions. I've done this dvd repeatedly until I got it. You don't really need the tutorial, unless you have zero knowledge about the most basic yoga poses. I like this dvd a lot.

I got mine from Mary, too. I also agree that a tutorial isn't really needed, but don't know why the tutorial is on there in the first place...what was the point?
