I recorded it on DVR but it's not yet on youtube. The workout was only 2 minutes (real crossfit workouts are more like 10-20) and Jilian was wiped out.

My son has been doing Crossfit for quite a while now--a few years I guess--and is a big fan. Now that can be a "puke in the bucket" experience. He would be white sometimes when he came back from the gym. He swears by this and calls traditional lifting "old school". I am definitely too old for this. My son is 35.

I did that exact same workout at a Crossfit affiliate years ago Tall box jumps are so fun, once you learn how to do them! I wish I had a 24" box to jump on.

I happened to catch them on The Doctors that day and saw them do this workout.

It looked grueling!

I have to say, those tall box jumps are incredibly dangerous. I don't have to tell you what will happen if you miss while you're jumping like that. I have a broken wrist story if you're not sure.

I think it's irresponsible of them to promote this for the average home viewer.
