I started a little early since my workouts were LONG!

I did Yvette Fit #84 60 Minute Cardio, Step, Bicep, Back & Core Circuits followed by Inner Dimensions (Discipline - 58 min., skipping 8 min. of the w/u).

Yvette Bachman's newest class was a fun one - it uses a 3 riser step (mine was 2 risers), and DB's for interspersing bicep and back work throughout the step cardio. There is core work at the end with a bicep/back BURN OUT FRENZY at the end - oh my, that was tough!! Very fun class! My HR was up for most of the workout.

Travis' class is taken from his new series, Transform, and is 66 min. long but I skipped 8 or so minutes of the breathing practice at the beginning. It has lots of holding postures which allow LOTS of talking from Travis! And during that time we were in Downward Dog often; my wrists are really feeling it!! I found some other classes of his I like more (and with less talking - Blaze #3!), but maybe I just need more discipline.

Finished off with a 686 calorie burn when all said and done!

@ 6 am eastern time, Cathe's LITE Metabolic Total Body - premix w/extended stretch. Great way to start off the new year, particularly that extended stretch.

I did 2 workouts form the studio Tone it up app: Next Level Booty (30 mins) and Plank Challenge + stretch (20 mins)

I'm in PST, so I guess around 10:30EST I did Cathe's Step Blast followed by a "Hot House" yoga from Udaya. Happy New Year!!

I had the 11am ET slot. Did Cathe’s Perfect 30 Pump—Upper Body. This is my favorite Upper Body workout right now. I can already feel the DOMS!

I also have the 11pm slot. I will record later my QG practice.

I had the 8am slot but didn’t make it downstairs to the treadmill until 11am.

I did (3) iFit workouts that were running and hiking in the Grand Canyon. I love that iFit is now available as an app so I can view it on my new 50” TV (that I got for Xmas for a great price). The workouts are amazing in HD and I download them to my treadmill too so it controls the speed and incline (which can also be overrode to fit your own pace).
