Looks like Cathe is adding her one on one's from facebook onto youtube as well. I'm glad since the video is clearer on youtube for me.

ETA - Does she add workouts often?
I have previewed them but haven't tried them yet. They are on my list for next week. They look tough. If you try them before me please let me know. Thank you.

If I do try one I will definitely let you know. My set up for streaming to my TV has been disrupted for now so I would have to workout from my laptop, not ideal.

I have been working out with Adrienne for several years and I love her style:

https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene

Fightmaster Yoga is new to me but I love the gentle, calm nature:

SaraBeth is another calm yoga practice:

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-0...L8zw4pFTVDq65Q

A pilates channel that I find uplifting and fun...she just did a workout with wine bottles!!!

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIJ...Cfz6PjxbONYXSg

Another long-time channel I have followed:

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGb...pmjLNn-FLv2_yQ

So many were already mentioned here that I follow so it looks like I only do pilates and yoga. However, it seems easier for me to follow these types of workouts on Youtube and I do cardio and weights with my DVDs.

Thanks for all the recommendations!

I think this is a channel created because of our isolation but these look tough:

Hi Ė thanks for making your videos for YT. I took a quick preview so far of the RAIN meditation (Tara Brach is great) and the Half Moon practice. Appreciate how you integrated whatís going on with nature (moon phase) with the practice focus and also the readings. Will also be looking at the breathing video, with this virus it seems to focus us on breath.
Right now Iím drawn to my familiar comfort food practices and exercise, not really exploring much new stuff. But I will definitely come back to these soon, I look forward to it. The resource links in the notes are helpful too. You have such a steady camera presence, and calming. Your offerings seem perfect for this current situation, the feel very nurturing. How generous of you to share them.

Cardio Party Mash Up

I liked these when indoors for music and moves but love the new outdoor recordings!
easily tweaked for the rebounder or downwards for lower impact.

I've been meaning to do her workouts, they look so fun!

Essentrics posted a 30 minute workout on their channel:

Miranda leads this one, not sure if they'll be posting any more or not.

Karla, thank you so much for this recommendation. I was not familiar with the Movement Parallels Life channel and I have now subscribed. I've done a few of these (just did the ankle mobility one) and they are fantastic. His workouts are totally going to become part of my daily routine.

Youíre welcome :-) His flexibility is amazing!
