Old Reliables...

I annually setup a Sept - Aug schedule of workouts (mirrors the school year/seasons) and I've been looking at it and I am seeing that I have a core set of videos I keep in my yearly plan and have been my go to "Old Reliables" over the past ten years.

Body Beast (including the BOD workouts and Hammer workouts from H&C)
Insanity (all versions plus BOD Shaun Week)
P90X (all 3 - plus some 1-on-1's)
Black Fire
Deltafit/MetaShred
RKS
Rip60
Spinervals
Wedier PINK (Olympic Lifting)
Runners World: Run & 10
Boho Beautiful: Meditation Videos
Various yoga (30 for 30, Rodney Yee, Vytas, Budokon)

Plus I've gathered a few other breathwork, Tai Chi and Runners workouts from Youtube.

Seems about 8 months out of my 12 are video based though I also do non-video workouts during that times as well. Not sure I'll ever be 100% video based but always on the lookout for new things to fit in. I've found some new Runners world & Mark Lauren DVD's focused on running as well I'll be getting.

You’ve got some really tough sets in there. I have never heard of Black Fire. What kind of workouts are they?

I have never heard of Blackfire either...

Love to see a sample of how you use Metashred too!
