500 error

(Long story short, I put my P90x rotation on hold and am going to be revisiting some of my favorite older Firm workouts, mixing them in with my favorite Cathe, KCM, and various cardio workouts.)

I lost all my personals so I'll come back to them later today. Waves all around!

Aww, Garrie, that's frustrating. Sometimes I lose posts if I've had the VF Window open for awhile and then try to post; I try to remember to refresh or to open a new window.

Paine I love hearing about your walks with your grandson.

So sorry you lost your post Garrie. I think the idea to revisit old favourites sounds like a great plan!

Carolyn I must admit to reading the newspapers daily but also trying to find articles about art and literature so it’s not all COVID-19 related.

Right now, with working from home, I have settled into a SPW or SIW and yoga each day. I’ll throw in an Ellen or Leslie or some weights as I go but that the plan for the week, at this stage.
