Collage Video Clips - Trouble Viewing???
I haven't been able to view different DVD clips on Collage Video for a couple of days now. I notice a small message just above my "Start" button at the bottom left corner of the page which says !Error On Page.
Is it just me, or has anyone else been having this problem? And can anyone offer any suggestions on how to resolve the problem? I haven't had trouble viewing clips on other websites (i.e., Amazon, You Tube) Thanks! ~ Debbie

I haven't been able to view clips either. A lot of people have been complaining on Collage's forum, too.

I can't view the clips either if I use Internet Explorer but if I switch to Firefox I don't have a problem. There has been an ongoing thread on Ask Collage Forum since last week I think. That was when I first started having difficulty.

This past week I had a bunch of trouble with anything requiring Flash. I couldn't even get websites to load properly, much less view video clips. I tried to install a new update, but to no avail. I ended up downloading the latest Firefox (#3), and now I can see everything just fine.
I think it's probably screwy updates all over the place, between the viewers, the internet browsers, and operating systems. It probably doesn't help that Collage is most likely tinkering with its own website in preparation for switching over some things.

I have no problem viewing them in Firefox. Never could view them in Opera. Maybe an upgrade is in process.

I can't view them either - it's a problem I thnk with their new software.
There were posts on their forum about it. I haven't been to that site since Thursday so I don't know if they are working now. |

I can see them fine in FireFox.

I cannot view them either using Explorer. I have not tried viewing with firefox.

I just downloaded Firefox and now I can watch the clips again. Thanks or the suggestion.
