Help Finding Cardio Dance Videos

So I'm looking for a couple new cardio videos since I haven't gotten new ones in what seems like forever. I usually buy kickboxing but I am sooooo sick of kickboxing I can't even express it in words lol, so I'm looking at dance videos. I have issues finding good dance videos for cardio because it seems like they spend so much time teaching the moves that there is only a couple minutes at the end that really gets your heart rate up. I'm looking for a solid intermediate/advanced cardio video.

So in my search I ended up at beachbody.com and saw "Rockin Body." Has anyone tried it??? About what level would you say it was at?? It looks kind of gimmicky but looks kinda fun + it has actual music which is always a plus. Or Hip Hop Abs?? Any thoughts?? Recommendations???

Thanks for any info!!!!

Okay now that I've looked at BB again, here's what I found:
1.) Hip Hop Abs
2.) Hip Hop Abs Ultimate Results
3.) Rockin Body
4.) Dance Part Series

Could someone tell me the difference between these??? I'm looking for a solid intermediate/advanced cardio dance video....do any of these work for that??

Not sure if it's intense enough, but have you looked at Petra Kolber's 3-2-1 Dance? She instructs and adds on as she goes, so there's no downtime. The music is also good.

I love Petra's 3-2-1 Dance; I've heard some say it is not intermediate, but Lauracat is right, there is no downtime and you could certainly put more into it if you wanted to. It's a fun dance routiine!

I don't have Unplugged however; Kukuwa and Soul Sweat are excellent!
