I can’t answer that, I stream through the Essentrics website as I have for a long time. I know they have a new app but I’ve never bothered to download it.

Hey ladies,
I know that ETV is available as an AppleTV ap. Not sure about Roku. I've always streamed from their website. Agreed...love what I have seen from Season 13. Kind of like the old Miranda is back. As far as doing episodes twice, I suppose you could if you're trying to relieve back pain or some other prescriptive. I will often do an episode and go back to it to look more closely at a trademark combo or listen to Miranda's cuuing. I'd probably not do the workout two days in a row though....as I do think you can overwork muscle groups. If I do two Essentrics workouts, I pick something all standing and pair it with barre or floorwork. Yep...I'm learning how to teach on Zoom. Not easy!
