Thumbs up Price Reduction (this may interest someone!)

https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/It-...heartdvds2.htm

Before I had surgery this set may not have interested me, but I have some limitations now and this set looks perfect. This may also be a good set for someone who is starting out as well. I have been eyeing this before but didn't want to spend the money. It's such a huge discount now and also if you add the "10off" code! I will likely still have to modify certain exercises, the story of my life now. It has been getting frustrating having to modify so much of my existing dvd library that I was excited to find this set. The set that includes the bands, etc is marked down as well.

It is a great set to have. You can do a half hour or the entire hour , and there is a good stretch to add on. Bobby is a friendly sincere instructor and I like the background exercisers. Level 2 is standing but easy to adapt to sitting . I also have set 1 and use it a lot. very good for seniors or when injured. music on or off option!
for 20 dollars you are getting a steal.

I'll throw in a good word for the resistance tubing (in the full kit, which is $29.95 right now). I don't have the DVD but bought the tubing from Mary a while back; it's good quality and a nice range of resistance.

Why do these workouts look good to me and like they would be a good fit?

The full kit includes a stability ball. I just purged TWO stability balls, lol, and I don't want another. How much of the workout uses it? The clips didn't seem to use it much...

I don't use a stability ball at all. There are a couple of exercises where one person uses the ball standing up and the other uses it sitting down but both versions are easy to adapt. I hate stability balls, lol. My hands hurt , they are too big and clumsy. I gave the balls in my kit to Goodwill.
