Many years ago, I had gotten rid of some Leslie Sansone workouts as I felt they were too easy.

I ended up re-acquiring them as she is my go-to when I feel low energy or unmotivated.

I will do an Ellen Barrett or some gentle, stretchy yoga. I think it's good to have variety. Some days you want to do something, but nothing too hard.

This is mine, too!
Also, the RehabZone DVD (level 1-2 especially) are my go-to for lower energy days. Or any day, lol.

I wish walking workouts did not bother my hip flexors. They tighten up really fast. I used to love Leslie's workouts.

Maybe if I do not walk in place it would help?

Sherry - Leslie gets carried away with the knee-lifts sometimes. That move can overuse the hip flexors.

I often sub kickbacks for the knee-lifts. Maybe try a 1-mile with fewer knee-lifts and see how it goes?

I really like Jessica's Total Body Balance for when I'm not feeling low energy but high spirits. Anything flowy. Balletone is also good. WHFN Lean with Keli Roberts is another good one.

Yes, this. I went through a period where all I felt like doing were stretch routines - Karen Voight is great when I feel this way.

I usually do a 15 minute Jessica Smith Walk & Talk. She takes it pretty easy in those workouts, not too many different movements.

I do her back friendly strength workout frequently. It's one of my favorites.
