As long as you want really, but often 40 days. I haven't decided how long mine will be as I leave on vacation mid Jan.

I'm in! Now if I can just find a way to sneak in the asana and the meditation and the yoga nidra, I'd be in heaven.

I think I might do either 27 or 36 days as 108 are divisible by both.

My goals for the sadhana are reading yoga books, walking meditation, and of course practice. If I hit at least one of these a day I will be happy. Preferably more than one.

I'll be doing the same as Linda. I'm starting the Barre3 challenge in January but I plan on getting in a short meditation every day and on rest days from Barre3 will do a gentle, stretchy yoga practice.

Oh and I see Dabbadooey's post about walking meditation - good idea, will incorporate.

I usually start on New Year's Day, so I'll probably be doing that again this year.

To the people that meditate, do you meditate before or after a workout? Or at some other time of day?

Bubbles, our dog likes to watch westerns in the morning. He's a strange one. I usually sit quietly with him. If I use guided meditation I do it when I can work it in. I'd rather be on my own.

Okay, that just made my evening! I thought my Ebony (may she rest in peace) was the only one

Glad Grissom could make your evening. We're sorry about Ebony.
