I did Jari's Ripped 1000 last night and when I just watched the clip of Cathe's Metabolic workout I had an eerie deja vu feeling - it is such a similar-seeming workout. Or maybe if Ripped 1000 married a Kelly Coffey workout and their baby had a stylist and a trust fund, Cathe's workout would be the result. I preordered the whole iCE series and am very glad I did, but I have to say I am a little bored with the format of functional fitness weight work alternating with HIIT moves, I feel like it's everywhere now and I am hoping some instructor will do something radically new and interesting.

+1. Metabolic practically seems slow compared to the previous clips.

So there is no upper body premix with all the muscle meltdowns? And no total body premix?

I don't think so... was kind of hoping there would be, like CTX.

I was considering a pre-order on these, but all I see on the clips are endless variations of squats and lunges - not sure this series is adding anything to her more recent collections that can be modified. I'm also in the yucky music camp but realize that is personal taste. I do hope I am wrong and it turns out to be a winner.....Anne Y

Ps - grateful for clips so more informed decisions can be made...

Last video is now up!

This one does look more advanced than intermediate...wasn't expecting so many higher impact moves. Still looks good though and I'm glad I preordered the set!!
