Anyone Download BellyFit onto Apple device?

I contacted BellyFit support and was told that I could download purchased classes. I visited their “solutions” area and I don’t see anything that faintly resembles the picture they use to explain downloads. I followed their directions exactly.

I checked on my IPad Pro and our MacBook Pro.

I have another support ticket out but thought I’d ask here in case there is something small I’m missing.

The iPad has close to 2TB of space left and I requested the Full website when I signed in.

There is currently a glitch in our system that is preventing the download button from showing up on the purchase history page.

Our Tech Team is working diligently to correct the issue and will have it remedied by Friday at the very latest, hopefully before.
