Monday night after we celebrated DS's birthday by eating out, I did

Pilates Nest - Stand & Shine Pilates - 30 minutes

This was an all standing pilates workout. Lots of balance work and some larger range of motion movements. It was a good choice - the Get Healthy U TV calendar I'm following had a rest day, so no Chris workout Monday.

Donna - nice choice (the Ellen workout). I keep thinking I will resubscribe to her site - maybe when I get tired of Chris' site (Get Healthy U TV). DS is doing okay - waiting to hear about his graduate school application.

Christine - it was cloudy and dreary here as well, but no rain. Just cold and cloudy. We don't handle cloudy days well out here because we have so few of them.

Cheryl - Good job getting back on the reformer after your fall.

Cheri - Nice job squeezing in your workouts on Green Monday - which I had never heard of until yesterday.

I think I'm having an Ellen B. week -

- Today was Sunrise Stretch. If time is available this evening I will try to get a walk in.

Hopefully I can walk a bit outside today.

Hello,

Shaped by Faith: Kettlebell Workout

I don't own kettlebells and really have no desire to do that kind of workout, but I wanted to try it. I just used a dumbell and went at my own pace. The message was another perfectly timed one on peace!

Donna, did you get out for your walk? I hope to later, but it's another rainy, dreary day.

Carol, my husband gets down in the winter here with all the dreariness. Happy birthday to DS!

Christine -I did get out for my walk - it was a little drizzly so I kept it short but it was worth it.

Carol - what is DS going to study in grad school?

I'm worried about some stuff going on w/ my DD right now - it has been a difficult time. Worry about your children takes worry to a whole new level, that is for sure. I guess I'm paying my dues - we made it 16 years before starting to give me grey hair. I just hope things turn around sooner rather than later. It is hard to be patient....
