Tonique - any tonique that has lots of lunges and squats. Oh, I guess that would be all of them. Once or twice a week, not even full length (I really like her shorter ones) This book: Ready to RUn. In addition to all the above, this book was a turning point for me with his mobility exercises and strange voodoo floss technique (google it). I'm adding more and more running intervals to my routine, and it feels more comfortable than it has in over five years.
