((((((Susan)))))))

Susan, i have "known" you for a really long time on this board, and i feel the sadness in losing your mom. i haven't read all of the replies, but if you have access to employee assistance program for counseling from your employer, please see if you can get an appointment for bereavement. consider seeing your primary care physician or calling him/her to get a referral. professional mental health care is covered under most medical plans. i'm sure there's also a support group of survivors of loved ones who took their life that perhaps your doctor could refer you to.

my mom passed away last year from cancer, and that alone was difficult for us. however, your situation is doubly difficult due to the circumstances and unknown pain she was going through.

{{{Susan}}} I have no words of advice. Just sending you love and lifting you up in prayer.

Susan, I'm deeply sorry you are going through this! I want to echo what others have said, take one day at a time. An emotional tragedy is physically draining.

Hugs to you.

I am so sorry for your loss. There is no protocol for grief. I have found it very helpful in trying times, to be active in groups where I can let go as much of whatever I'm carrying.

I have found Melody Beattie's work to be helpful in my life. She created a group for grief. https://thegriefclub.net/members/

Stop beating yourself up.
Your mom ended her life for the simple reason she was too tired too fight. She is now finally resting in peace. I only can assume this from what I have seen myself.
It’s not your fault .
Live your life for you. All mothers want their offspring to be happy.
Your moms actions are not your fault.
Do any workout you can.
Even if it’s not what is on your the day before or if all your exercise clothes are dirty.
Just do it.
Do it again the next day.

This day maybe hard , however the next day may not be !!

Hi I am sorry you lost your mom. I took long walks and tried to keep busy after my mom died and tried to have my life as normal as possible. I was very sad and exercise did help me feel a little better. You are in my prayers
