Ripping some dvd workouts to mp4

Hi all

I will be moving soon and I want to pack up my DVDs. I want to use a few workouts in the meantime and was wanting to rip some to mp4 so I can use them on the flash drive or upload to YouTube for my own use. In the past I have used Freemake but that’s not free anymore. Are there any other free programs I can use. Thanks!

I have ripped almost all of my DVDs with Handbrake. Several of mine are copyright protected and cannot be ripped though...

I will note that in order to maintain very good video quality, the file size ends up being quite large. Its possible that I never found the optimal settings, but I did experiment with them quite a bit.

I use my trusted DVD Decrypter to rip & burn DVDs.
