Happy New Year 2020!

I had the 1pm slot. I had to take it a little easy, so I did a Fitness Blender stretch workout. I feel so good now. I just got Travis' Level Up, so I'm hoping to get a practice in later today.

Since I'm on the West Coast, my workout above was yesterday for me. Today I went to the core-heavy functional fitness class I've been doing three days a week for the last few months from 9:30 to 11 my time, so 12:30 to 2 on the Marathon. Love this class and know a lot of people in it.

How long have we been doing this Marathon? Seems like quite a few years now.

I worked out at 1:00 CST. I did KCM NYC. Appropriate title for the 1st workout of the year. What a killer! I am going to be sore tomorrow.

Jessica smith walk strong lower body + 360 abs. I 360 abs; great way to ring in the New Year!

Get Healthy U TV - 1 Mile Power Walk & Lower Body Shred (25 minutes or so)

Pilates Nest - Gentle Neck Friendly Pilates - 16 minutes
