Well, I did that shorter yin (led by Tiffany) practice this morning and it was quite hip focused, too. Funny, Ali, within the first five minutes she was talking about the talking or not talking aspect. She talked a fair bit, but there were long stretches of silence where I wondered if it had frozen or gone away. At any rate, I think this did my hips a world of good.

Is anyone having problems playing their videos?

I've tried a couple of different browsers and neither one of them is able to play the videos. The picture is just blank. TIA

Debbie, if you have an ad blocker or a script blocker, you may need to disable those. On a computer running Windows 7, I've used both Firefox and IE browsers with no trouble, but I did have to disable the NoScript add-on for Firefox.

Hi Debbie! I've only tried that one so far, and it played fine. Did you check out their FAQ?

I did Rolf Gate's Time to Unwind. I didn't like it as much as the After Cardio Practice b/c it didn't target the quads and hipflexors at all. I think to hit those if I'm doing yoga after a run (like I did today). The foot work is nice though. Lots of focus on hips and hamstrings. Nice long holds like the After Cardio. He's a bit chattier in this one and says things that are more random. I thought his chattiness in the After Cardio was nice, but it was a little annoying in this class. Still, it has nice reviews attached so some people like this class / will like this class.

Thank you Bee and jplain.

It used to work with Firefox, but it has suddenly stopped. I thought I removed two extensions that had script in their descriptions, but it still will not work in Firefox or Chrome. In the page info, http://service.twistage.com/plugins/...5&p=final-flow

is not longer highlighted and it says it can not play that video. When I log off from here, I'll shut everything down and restart my computer and see if it works again.

Yesterday I did: Warming Up the Spine: Discover the Wave. I thought it was okay, but a bit boring. Shiva Rea does similar stuff more efficiently and in a cooler way. Also, I didn't care for the instructor's voice (I hate saying that b/c what can she do about it? But it's true in this case.)

Today I did: Sadie Nardini: Total Body Transformation and Deep Stretch. This is a 60min workout from her first dvd. I don't know if it's one of the premixes on her first dvd or another mix from the various sections on it (b/c I don't own the dvd). I really enjoyed this practice. I thought I'd post as an FYI that there are several dvds on YogaVibes that might be cool to check out because you can decide (by doing or previewing) whether you might want to order the dvd later. From a few glances, it seems that a few of the dvd-as-streaming offerings include stuff from Sadie Nardini, Ana Forrest, and Sage Rountree.

I want to try that Sadie one sometime. This morning I did APY Quickie, which I think may be part of that new APY set -- does anyone know? I liked it, but not well enough to shell out for the whole set. I like the idea of someone designing a yoga rotation for me, but I'm not sure I want to stick with one instructor all the time, you know?

Debbie, YogaGlo has a tech support link, maybe if you poke around on YogaVibes you can find something similar?

I took a peek - decided to stick with YogaGlo for now. I just started and kept on as a paid member after the free trial and their classes just fit me better.

I did yinyasa yesterday with Jennifer Beyt Coffin which was yin at first and then slow vinyasa with some cool l stand variations at the end . I thought the yin was boring but the instructor was excellent and gave a lot of alignment tips as well as some work with a block. it's worth a try.
