Great suggestions! Thanks, everyone. I just finished week 2 with no substitutions so far. I plan on not subbing the circuits but I made a list of direct subs for the other workouts in case I get bored (based on my collection and the numbers in parentheses are minutes):

Burn It Off (26) (cardio intervals with no weights):

I am not sure if all of these will work as direct subs. I like your ideas for the circuits substitutions, weighttrain! I recorded them in case CLX works for me and then I can do the "rotation" again with more variety.

Lucia, thank you so much or your list. You did an excellent job.

For me, subs are usually a "light bulb" moment. I'm always so impressed how you guys can come up with so many great subs.
