Hmm, maybe I lack imagination but some of those grip angles look just plain awkward & uncomfortable on the wrists. Plus it's so pricey!

Hmmm.... I was thinking about it. Then I wasn't. Now I am again.

Can you do these without a barbell?

I did it with dumbbells with no problem at all

I think it has been one of my most favorite purchases and I always go back to Sagi when I want a great back or shoulder workout

How heavy were your dumbbells?

Yes, I caved. I am ashamed. There goes my no-buy year. But the clock started over so redemption might be possible.

I own a barbell, but rarely use it with these. Dumbbells are fine.
I increased my strength considerably and use up to 35lb dumbbells.
The leg workouts are tough!

Well I have dumbbells up to 40 pounds however, I was never able to get that high! The way he sequences the movements and the set and rep pattern are brutal. The only exercise I remember being able to go very heavy was one of the back exercises and that is because you use one weight and both hands. This series, especially the BULK phase are my desert island workouts

Oh and I never did the arms only workouts (bi's and tri's) since I find they get enough work in the compound moves and my arms get big really fast I also have to add, after doing all of Cathe's legs workouts I have never had doms as bad as when I did my first Beast legs workout

This coupon works on the T-Grip lite bar with weights. It says they are temporarily out of stock. If you are interested you could contact them to see when they will be back in. This is the same bar that Bodyrock uses for their workouts.

TGRIP25VANESSA for a $25 discount.

Wish that code worked for just the bar!

Yup, still thinking about this one.... With which workout would be easier to gain muscle - Body Beast or Burn Sets?
