Bootcamp. I've been to basic. Yes, it was only the Air Force (I hear my other service branches cackling mercilessly), but even our bootcamp is harder than anything I've seen anyone do in a bootcamp dvd. Except for weights. We don't even use weights. And I hate when they wear fatigues as though it's fashion or try to use military terminology. Stop the madness!

Ok in all seriousness, anything deliberately misspelled to make it sound "edgier", like chisld or xxtreme.
That kind of crap is for pro wrestlers and '80's hair bands.

That Crunch Boot Camp video in particular is so cheezy. Sue Hitzmann looks like she's inwardly embarrassed. Still a good workout though.

I really dislike when instructors use weirdo names for body parts (booty, batwing etc.) and when they make reference to a particular item of clothing doing an exercise will make your body appropriate for wearing. Shut up about bikinis and strapless dresses - I wear neither and have no interest.

I misinterpreted the typo in the heading of this thread and thought wors=wars...and my first thought was the TA/anti-TA wars. But then I realized I *love* those wars! Better than the World Cup!

ETA: To get back to our regularly scheduled thread...I'm going to go with tummy. I'm not sure I called it that even when I was eight.

"Tone" and "sculpt" make my list. And textspeak instead of words; KCM has some 'splaining to do for "Lift 2B Fit."

On the diet/food front, I hate hate hate the word "veggies".

Okay, here are the the worst weasel words I think the video workout industry has come up with: "lose up to 25 (or however many) pounds in the first month or your money back!!" I guess if you lose 26 pounds you'd qualify for a refund…

This is so disingenuous, so misleading, so super weasely. I despair, I just despair sometimes.
